New: from 26 May, when you get to Bordeaux airport it will be possible to leave your car keys with a valet who will take care of your car while you are away and return it to you on the day you get back. Blue Valet launches a service aimed at all passengers, whether they are travelling on business or for leisure. After online bookings for car parks, the valet service has now been added to the list of services designed to simplify travellers’ journeys at Bordeaux airport.
A time-saving service
A new way to travel that saves time and offers comfort upon departure as well as arrival. Blue Valet will take charge of your vehicle and immediately drive it to a secure and private car park situated within the airport premises and return it to you when you get back. A quick, practical and efficient service.
“Bordeaux airport will now offer a better response to clients’ needs and improve their experience thanks to the new service offered by Blue Valet. People will really appreciate this service, especially when they are in a rush or have a lot of luggage” says the airport director, Pascal Personne.
How does it work?
First of all, book the service online at www.bluevalet.fr. One hour before the flight, the passenger will receive a text message on their mobile with the telephone number of the valet who will be waiting at the dedicated meeting place, in front of Hall B, departure level. The passenger will leave their keys with the valet who will quickly check the condition of the vehicle. On their return trip, immediately after landing the passenger will receive an SMS confirming that the valet is waiting for them and asking them to confirm their arrival time. The passenger’s car will be waiting at the same place it was left. During the client’s absence, the car will be parked in an airport car park offering the best price according to the duration of their trip.
Practical information:
– Reception from 5.a.m. to 12 a.m. 7 days a week.
– Fixed prices include the valeting service as well as parking fees starting at €14 per day.
– The vehicle is 100% covered in the event of an incident.
