The German ticketing platform www.hahnair.com1 has put online the supposed winter 2017-2018 route map and flight numbers of VLM Airlines, as revealed by Aviation24.be forum member koninckske.
All flights would be operated under the Slovenian Air Operator Certificate with the airline code VO (formerly attributed to Austrian Arrows).

This tends to confirm that VLM Airlines is the airline selected to take over the Antwerp-London City route that Cityjet will abandon on 28 October 2017. In addition, VLM would also fly to Zurich, from which it has another route to its Slovenian base Maribor.
Aviation24.be tried to get a confirmation from VLM, but the official answer is still “At the moment VLM’s scheduled flight programme for the Winter season and all details linked to it (frequencies, fares,…) are being defined and finalised. As soon as most lights are on green, the precise details will be released.
In the meantime, VLM Airlines continues operating ad hoc, charter flights and flights for private customers.”
At the end of the day, VLM officially confirmed our information, without many details. VLM will take over the Antwerp-London City route as of 30 October, using its Slovenian AOC. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, VLM Airlines will fly three times a day, on Thursdays and Fridays four times a day and on Sundays twice.
