Included within the protective measures taken in response to the ACDAC’s activities, Avianca has extended the ticket sale suspension for flights to and from Colombia, except for flights to Rio de Janeiro, Barcelona, London, La Paz, Washington and Montevideo until October 5.
Although 50% of our flights are still active, it is our duty to look for a way to honor the service. We have therefore taken this measure as an act of accountability with passengers who have reservations for this week.
Waiver of penalty for changes
In addition, if you have a reservation between September 20 and October 5 to and from routes in Colombia, you may change your itinerary at no additional cost, for travel until November 30, 2017, except for the period between October 6 and 17, 2017.
