Tomorrow morning (3 April) Air Belgium will launch its online reservation platform. From 30 April onwards, the newest Belgian airline will connect Brussels South Charleroi Airport and Hong Kong with direct flights.
In a few months, the airline will also add Chinese destinations.
Tickets can be booked on the official website www.airbelgium.com. In the coming weeks, travel agencies will be able to reserve tickets via GDS.
Passengers can choose between round-trip flights in economy (€499), premium economy (€999) or business class (€1,799).
On board the Airbus A340, passengers are completely immersed in a Belgian atmosphere, with a range of Belgian products. In economy and premium economy, travellers can choose between two menus, while business class passengers can choose between three menus.
The passengers also have a wide choice of movies to relax during the flight, and they will have the choice to buy additional products.
The multilingual cabin crew speaks French, Dutch, English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
Air Belgium offers four weekly direct flights. On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, at 14:00 (UTC +2), an Airbus A340 departs from Brussels South Charleroi Airport to Hong Kong International Airport, to arrive the next day at 7.30 am local time. The return flights depart Hong Kong Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday morning and are expected to land at Brussels South Charleroi Airport at 18.15 (UTC +2).
Premium and business class passengers can relax or work in a new cosy lounge close to the aircraft. From 2019 they will be welcomed in a brand-new, own premium terminal. After arriving in the secured parking area, the premium and business class travellers go through baggage handling, security check and border control, and then enjoy the comfortable lounge. Passengers who are in a hurry, board in record time without waiting times and stress.
